We are a small business that utilizes a "made-to-order" business model. We don't hold inventory and work with a production partner to produce products as needed.When our customers order with us, we request our supplier to produce the items for us. We do this to make our cost and quality high.
With that said, we want to offer a quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the order quickly without any defects.If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will offer you a replacement or a refund and let you keep the product. Please note that you have 7 days from receiving your product to contact us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. 
For packages damaged, all claims must be submitted no later than 72 hours after the delivered time. 

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense

Low print qualaty/wrong position/demages

Blurry edges, design placement issue, peeling paint, scalling paint, quite different from the announced color
Broken/Holes/Mechanical/Torn:Item arrived flawed due to Provider’s or Carrier’s act or omission.

Different from announced size

The actual product is more than 1-3 inches bigger or smaller than the announced size chart.

How long the refund take?

For any refund issue, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The time for refunding to account depends on the payment method. If it takes more than 7 business days, please Contact us here:
Because we produce items on demand with our partners, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for other reasons.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please check with your Delivery Company for lost/stolen packages
We are not responsible for unpaid duties and taxes. It is the purchaser's responsibility.
